When you feel vibration, try to place your hand on the speedometer and press it gentley. If the sounds disappear, the source is loose nuts on the backside of the tank, which fix the meter. I experienced the same kind of sounds more than ten years ago. I took my Savage to the dealer, but they did not know the reason. A several weeks later, I found it came from the tank. Your case might have a different reason, but it is possible. Just try and see what happens.
